Ordering, Shipping & Returns
We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all purchases within Australia.
Alternatively you can select Express Shipping within Australia for $8.00 during checkout.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order within 2 to ten working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) for Standard Ground Shipping, or within 1 to 3 working days for Express Shipping. We will email your tracking details once your order is on its way.
All orders over $180 will require a signature upon delivery. To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.
If there has been an incorrect address entered when ordering online and the parcel has been sent to a wrong address, we will do our best to find it, but are not responsible for replacements.
We ship orders to street addresses within Australia. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. All payments through our website are secured by SSL encrypted transaction.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to travel effortlessly and love every part of your journey with The Travelista. If you are not in love with your selection, we don’t want it taking up luggage space, so if you’ve changed your mind, simply return the unopened package to us within 7 days of delivery date.
All items must be returned unopened and in their original saleable condition to be eligible for exchange or refund. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. All refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less a $10 return shipping and administrative fee.
Only items purchased on The Travelista website can be returned to us for refund or exchange.
There was a mistake in my order, what should I do?
Please be in touch as soon as possible with your order number and we will do everything we can to make it right.
We take great care in packaging your order and want you to be super delighted when you open the parcel. That said, If the product has been *damaged in transit, please notify us on arrival and we will get a fresh package sent out immediately. *Damage means, that the product itself has been compromised and does not apply to the outer delivery carton.
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at thetravelista.com.au, please follow the below instructions:
• Email us at email@example.com with your order number and explaining the reason why you want to return or exchange your order. We will promptly get back to you with a return authorization number and all instructions for your case.
• For damaged products or any other problem with our products, please provide any information and if possible provide pictures to help us in understanding and solving the issue.
• For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured and trackable delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
• Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Maximum Purchase Policy
Orders are limited to no more than 6 units of any one item and $1,500 per customer. For bigger orders please contact us directly.
